James Nathaniel, Chairman James Nathaniel is Chairman of TCC and Head Teacher at Saint Timothy School. He and his wife, Beatrice, founded TCC in 2003. Rafael Maswi, Vice Chairman Mr. Maswi is Vice Chairman of TCC and our representative in Marangu and Makerere. He teaches Biology at a secondary school in Moshi rural and assists with TCC's outreach program. |

Beatrice Shirima, Secretary and Teacher Beatrice Shirima is acting Secretary of TCC and teacher of the Toddler class at Saint Timothy School. She has been teaching at Saint Timothy since January of 2006. |

Herman Lemba, Teacher Herman Lemba has been with TCC since 2005. He teaches Spelling and Mathematics for Standards I-III, as well as Geography and History for Standard III. |

Lilian Lyimo, Teacher Lilian Lyimo joined TCC in January 2007 as teacher of the Nursery class. |

Diana Ernest, Caregiver Diana has been with TCC since the beginning, providing around-the-clock care and support for Saint Timothy residents, as well as for students attending during the day. |

Gudila Christopher, Caregiver Gudila recently joined TCC as a full-time caregiver at Saint Timothy. She lives on-site with her young daughter Wima. |

Ludovic Samora, Outreach Program Coordinator Ludovic began working with TCC as a field volunteer, assisting staff with a door-to-door campaign to encourage HIV testing. Local and International Partners TCC partners with both local and international organizations to implement our programs. Local partners include the Hope Foundation (an orphanage and community center in Marangu), KIWAKKUKI, and Mkombozi Vocational Training Center. TCC also receives volunteers from international organizations such as Visions in Action and Cross Cultural Solutions. |
