Make a Donation

Tanzania Children Concern operates entirely on the contributions of parents, friends, and volunteers. Your donation - whether large, small, or in-kind - will make a difference in a child's life. Recent donations have been used to buy food for hungry families, help HIV positive children get to the doctor, purchase uniforms for 25 children in the communities we visit, and buy important school supplies and materials for Saint Timothy.

We are also working to build up a construction fund for our future site. Help us get started building!

TCC Kids

Sponsor a Family or Child

Many of the families we visit are living in very desperate situations and are not able to send their children to school or vocational training - most struggle to simply satisfy their family's basic needs. Especially if their parents are HIV positive, these children's futures are in jeopardy if they do not get the education they need to be self-reliant. For less than $400, one child could attend one year of secondary school or vocational training.

For Monetary Donations:

Currently, the easiest and most reliable way to send monetary donations is through Western Union. Please contact us for details.

Donations to our construction fund can also be transferred directly to that bank account. Please contact us for the specifics.

The orphans at Saint Timothy are also in need of sponsorship, as they have no one to pay for their school fees, uniforms, and materials, let alone basic effects such as bedding, clothes, and toiletries. Let us know if you are interested in sponsoring one of our students.

For In-Kind Donations:

Please send in-kind donations to our PO Box. As the post office does charge a parcel fee, and TCC's funds are limited, we ask that you please send a few dollars with your donation to help us cover the cost.

Become a PLHA's Pen Pal

Make a difference in the life of a person living with HIV/AIDS by becoming a pen pal! Send us an e-mail and we will match you up with someone.

Volunteer

TCC counts on volunteers to keep our programs going. If you are planning to be in the Kilimanjaro area for a while, let us know! We are always in need of teachers, outreach assistants, and people with computer/website, fundraising, and proposal writing skills. Contact James Nathaniel at the phone number or e-mail address below.
