Tanzania Children Concern (TCC) is a registered Non-Government Organization in Moshi, Tanzania. Founded in 2003 by a small group of concerned teachers, TCC has since been devoted to addressing the needs of local children and families made vulnerable by the AIDS pandemic. Vision We envision a Tanzania in which vulnerable children have access to meaningful learning opportunities in order to realize their fullest potential, and where vulnerable people's rights are respected and supported. |

Where We Work Moshi is in the Kilimanjaro region of northern Tanzania, where the HIV prevalence rate is 7.3%, one of the highest in the country. TCC works in six highly affected vulnerable communities within Moshi's urban and rural districts, providing much-needed support and assistance to more than fifty families and over two-hundred children.
